Immediately you arrive you are greeted and and someone from staff let's you know when your session will start. A very caring likable group of professionals who listen and respond to your concerns.
The folks at North River Therapy are incredibly talented. Each person I met (including interns) was filled with positivity and knowledge. My experience at North River was so much more than PT, it was education on how to make myself better in all capacities. Every visit I was met with a smile and encouragement. They worked with my schedule, and never let the craziness of life get in the way of my progress. I am so so so thankful I found these guys, I'm stronger in every way because I did.
Thank Jaqueline Hubbard for such fabulous care for my daughter, Sara Morgan! You, along with the entire staff were so friendly and helpful! I will definitely refer North River Therapy to all my friends!
The staff at North River Therapy are extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate! Jacqueline even called to follow up with me to see what my orthopedic doctor had said, which she didn’t have to do. Dr. Miller, Heather, and Taylor patiently listened to my injury story and history. Although I don’t wish an injury on anyone, I highly recommend North River Therapy to anyone in need of physical therapy. They are the best!
There are no words to convey the thanks I feel for everyone at North River Therapy! I walked in and was always greeted with smiles and kind words! I graduated from physical therapy last week on 1/29/18. I am already missing my PT team already!! I can truly say I had an amazing experience with the PT team at North River. The staff was very friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional in their work. If I should ever need PT again or know of anyone that need physical therapy I will definitely recommend North River PT. God bless you all!!
