Such a professional, friendly atmosphere! I love going to visit Dr. Smalley.. he is kind and easy to talk to you, so much so you almost forget you’re at the dentist! The ladies in the office are also very sweet and helpful. I always have a pleasant visit at North River Dental!

It was recently my first visit for a routine checkup and cleaning. I found the office modern (with big windows that look outside at plant beds), clean, and fresh. Dr. Smalley and his staff were all very welcoming, and friendly. I felt they listened to all the things I asked about, suggested what I needed, and avoided any high-pressure type of suggestions. I look forward to heading back on my next check-up, and recommend him to anyone needing a dentist in the Tuscaloosa area.
Went there today for a cleaning and some prep before I get braces. The young lady who did my cleaning and the Dr where so nice and helpful. I had lots of questions and the both have lots of answers. And they are super affordable! Love this place, first impression was fantastic!

He's an awesome dentist. He goes far and beyond to help you. It's your cost not his. He gives you advice and it's you decision on what you want him to do. He's been my dentist since 2000 after my dentist went to work at the VA.. I really like Dr Smalley and his staff. I've always been treated well at this office. I would give him a 10 but it only allowed me to give a 5....�
