He has been great the couple times I’ve used him.
Been using NRE for several years. Great quality and value. Excellent trouble shooting. Knowledge with high horsepower motors and panels. Good with controls. One stop for large customers with differing needs.
Poor communicator. Despite saying he could do the work, he became difficult to reach and kept putting me off. It took me only a few minutes computer search to figure out the challenge with my fuse box, but he took over two weeks. Since he was unfamiliar with the set up he just stopped communicating at all. I fortunately was able to find a competent electrician who likes a challenge to do the work - in less than 30 minutes without the need for extra parts. There are better options available, keep looking.
