Seriously, I am a new patient and these people were not only ultra-professional but they were experts in customer service and very friendly from the front desk to the patient coordinator to the dental hygienist and the doctor. From my walk in the door and our, the ladies at Village Dental were kind and welcoming! Once I was in the back for my treatment, my hygienist (Kelly) explained everything in full details. I met with Dr. Rodriguez and he was great. The atmosphere is awesome and it's a very clean, upscale office. I'm glad I made the decision to switch to Village Dental at North Raleigh!

I broke my tooth on a Sunday night right before leaving on vacation (of course). Dr. Martin was able to see me the very next day so I could have a pain free vacation. Thank you to Emilee for helping me with this last minute appointment. You all work hard to make a dentist visit a great experience!
This is the best Dentist office I've ever been to. Jill was awesome!!!!! She assisted me from the beginning to the end. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. Customer service and dental services are top of the line at Village dental. The machinery is high tech and comfortable... This place really invested in their people and all materials used on patients... Great experience overall.. My whole family now go to this office...
