I have high anxiety when it comes to dental work but going to village dental the facility is beautiful ! The staff is nice and welcoming the dental hygienist Kelly took really good care of me marking sure that I was comfortable and talking me through everything she was doing. Doctor Martin was great and very nice and Ashton was super sweet and really takes her time to explain everything and answer all question!!!
Exceptional Service. Staff are very professional, courteous, friendly, and most importantly very knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable and was able to reduce my anxiety. The environment was extremely calming. All questions were addressed appropriately and timely. Jeannie was exceptional I highly recommend this facility for anyone desiring a high quality care, alleviation of fears, and interacting with some of the most professional staff in this field.
I live in Apex and there are many dentists between me and Village Dental N. Raleigh. I chose to drive all the way out there because of the service my ex-husband received when took him for an emergency extraction. My experience was just as impressive. While I cannot remember the names of the people who worked on my ex, Ashton Tucker was the person who worked with me through the entire experience. I can't say enough about the great job that Jean, Emilee, and Dr. Martin did for my first visit. I have lots of dental issues that I already knew about. I was not pressured to do any of it, they were just making sure I knew what they thought my dental priority needs should be. I ended up with a lots of different technology pictures and a cleaning. Their technology was very impressive.
The two teeth I had removed on two Mondays in a row were painless during my recovery thanks to the 4 pills I received after each tooth was pulled. I enjoyed the experience with Susan, Tonya, Alison, and Jesu Mari, who kept me entertained without having to sing me one country song about "Toothache."
This was my first visit tho the office. What a wonderful staff, everyone was very personable and very good at what they do. Office was very inviting.
Everyone was helpful and friendly while being efficient and professional. Quite a feat!

I love Village Dental. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They have the best interest of the patient in mind and do not try to pressure you into something that you don't want. will leave more feedback after my next visit for full bottom extractions and new denture. No need to fear going here. Your comfort is priority.
