This was my first time visiting Village Dental at Greystone. I usually dread getting my teeth cleaned because I have very sensitive teeth so cleanings are usually painful.. my cleaning today was pain free!! I was very pleased!! Everyone that I spoke to introduced themselves and shook my hand from the moment I walked in up until leaving. They were very friendly and informative. They answered any questions I had and encouraged me to ask if I had any. I will definitely be going back for my next cleaning!! Great experience!
Dr Maja Martin did an excellent . She saved my molar using a root canal. Thanks also to Ebony, who stayed with me during the entire day.
I was very pleased with the treatment I got on my last visit last week. Glad that Dr. Suggs did a re-evaluation on the procedure I came in for and he decided it was not worth my while to do the procedure.....it would be wasting my money. That kind of honestly greatly pleases me.. I take it my $200 deposit will be credited to my account.
I went to Village Dental at Greystone in Raleigh, for the first time and It was a pleasure. Very friendly staff. I feel confident that they really know their stuff. The person performing the X-rays seen something on my X-ray that I was not aware of, prior to my visit from my former Dentist, and referred me to a Specialist, which makes me feel that they are very thorough here at Village Dental at Greystone. Everyone at this office was extremely friendly! I asked a lot of questions, and everyone was very gracious and helpful. My son's dental cleaning and filling were done quickly. Also, very affordable. My last dentist had prices that I just couldn't keep up with and it was frustrating. I am very happy I found Village Dental!
Very friendly staff. Took the time to really take care of my teeth. No pain involved in the cleaning yet teeth are squeaky clean. Doctor spent extra time to ensure all teeth were healthy.
Today's experience was so much better than the last time I was in the office. I had never had the Listerine rinse after polishing before and my mouth was cleaned up on the outside. Very nice touch! Also, an electric brush was recommended-the Oral B Vitality- which would simulate the polishing brush. A kid brush was recommended for getting to the back teeth. I want to thank the two hygienists that worked on teeth for their experience and knowledge.
