The staff is kind and gentle. My son loves them!
Our experience was awesome as usual. Friendly staff and very professional. This is definitely my dentist forever. Great prices and knowledgable staff. Not pushy with what needs to be done. They offer a yearly dents il plan for $199 that includes 2 cleanings and 20% off any work that needs to be done during the year. Can't beat that for dental insurance.
My visit was to start the proceedings for a crown and I really had no idea what to expect. After all the explanations, I was a little taken back at all the info I received and became a little nervous. Everything was explained well and I especially was happy with the young man who was present in the room because he calmed me down when I became a little jittery. When I left the office, I felt I had been well taken care of. I was pleased.
Had a couple of fillings that bordered on the "R" word. But Dr Patel was fantastic and we didn't need to have a more serious procedure, much to my delight. Very professional and at the same time personable with concern for the patient's sensitivities and concerns. Both Dr Patel and Teleke did a great job! I've been going to Village Dental for a few years and will continue to because I know I'll receive excellent care and thorough explanations for the work that is required. I've never had a bad experience.
The folks in the office always greet me with a smile and there is NO waiting whatsoever! The music is great and they even gave me a comfy little blanket during my most rwcent procedure and I got to take it home! I love this place;)
Hi your service is great , from the staff to the dentist woulnt ask for better service . We drive over a hour to get there , not one regret Thanks guys u r great .

I couldn't have been more pleased with the courteousness of the staff or their understanding of what I needed in order to be as comfortable as possible. Everything from the x-rays taken, to the cleaning and exam, was explained clearly to me, and both my dentist and hygienist were personable, professional, and accommodating.
A synopsis of my most recent visit....consistent with all prior ones: Professional, empathetic, courteous, considerate, friendly, prompt, compassionate, reassuring, clean, orderly....... Had a crown delivered and a different tooth prepared for one. No pain, no fear. (thank you nitrous oxide and Novocaine and skilled hands!!!!) So, now I am moving to Asheville....please come to the mountains! Thank you all from the bottom of my mouth and heart. K.Haynes
