This visit was to determine treatment for dental problems for the past 8 years. I have never been to any dental office where I actually enjoyed the visit immensely. This is a very beautiful new facility, surpassed only by the size and the staff to handle so many patients. I have been a Village Dental patient for many years. The move to the new, larger office appears to be done very well. My cleaning appt. went very smoothly and it was good to see some staff from the old location. Sarah was my hygienist. She was friendly, careful and very thorough in her process. She explained what she was doing as she went along. Dr. Zubick did the exam. This was the first time I had met him. He was friendly and also took time for a thorough exam.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a dental practice. Every detail from start to finish was just so wonderful. I was a little skeptical at the thought of going to such a large office, but each and every person made such a great job at making it a very personable experience. Will definitely continue my dental needs with Village Dental!
I was greeted warmly as soon as I entered the beautiful new office and soon escorted to my room by Sara, my hygienist. She explained everything she was doing and answered all of my questions. Dr. Patel was equally as professional as Sara and carefully checked the tooth that we are watching. Overall, my Thursday visit was a great experience!
Friendly staff made me feel very welcome at my first visit. A lot of x-rays were taken and a thorough exam and cleaning was provided. My main complaint would be that the appointment took two hours, which would have been a problem if I had to get back to work, or had to be somewhere. .The costs seemed reasonable, and overall I had a very good experience.
What is there not to say! I came in with extreme anxiety and was met with compassion and reassurance that they will take great care of me. Dr. Martin and the whole staff were very imformative, professional but mainly very understanding and intune with what I needed to have less anxiety. I would and will refer my friends and familie to her, because I know they could not be in better hands.
Went out of their way to get me the service I wanted. Great group of professionals!
I have to say that they eased my fear of dentist and made me very comfortable and explained everything step by step.
