Excellent service, personnel is very attentive to the needs of the client. I have been very afraid of dental care, but here I feel comfortable and I will recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dental services
All the old stereotypes about dentists, are proven to be wrong, every time. No pain, No agony, Just a pleasant,comfortable, experience. And, so many attractive women,I thought I was at the Miss America Tryouts, Or ,maybe that was just the laughing gas,producing pleasant feelings.
I came to Villiage Dental, not just for a cleaning, but with several issues. The staff was very friendly. They conveyed a caring yet confident approach to my treatment plan. I was completely satisfied with the suggestions and the cost of my services. I would highly recommend them.
I haven't been to the dentist in over 3 years and I walked right into their offices and in 20 minutes I had an appointment for the next week. They had no issues with my insurance and everything was seamless. Every staff member I interacted with was very knowledgeable about their area of expertise and the dentist (Dr. Martin) was extremely friendly and explained things very clearly and honestly. I moved to Raleigh last year and have seen two other dentists trying to find a good fit. I finally found it! The location is perfect for me, and the hygienist did a great job explaining everything aspect of my treatment. The dentist took her time with me and I did not feel rushed in any way. And the cleaning was great. I'll be back!

Despite my phobia of all things dental, I scheduled an appointment to have a broken tooth examined. The staff were SO excellent in helping me overcome my anxiety, I actually scheduled a procedure (heavily sedated, of course). Incidentally, it had been 30 years since my last dentist appointment.
I was very nervous; the staff was very patient, professional, and compassionate.
