I was so nervous when I walked in because I have had bad experiences with other dental offices, but everyone was so nice. It means a lot to me that I have found a place where I feel welcome and not judged. They made me very comfortable and told me everything they were doing during my treatment. They even called me after I got home to see how I was doing.
I just had my teeth cleaned and it went very well. I used the nitrous oxide and had an oral cancer check by the dentist.
The staff at Village Dental work as a well-oiled machine!!! They are all knowledgeable and professional. I am looking forward to my dental care now!!!

The dental assistant , Alex, was the most friendly , knowledgeable , and helpful assistant I have ever experienced . Dr. Patel was just as friendly and knowledgeable ... I took my young daughter and was very impressed with everything !!! They both explained all options clearly and made sure I understood . They were very attentive to the fact that the patient was a child ! SUPER !!!
My dental hygienist was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, professional, and effectively communicated my options for treatment. I was also comfortable, which is different at the dentist, as she explained everything she was doing and checked in on my comfort regularly.
1st visit at the North Raleigh location, everyone was very professional and friendly. Everything needed for my treatment was explained with lots of detail!
