Dr. Rodriguez, was great in the extraction of my wisdom tooth. The staff was extremely pleasant!! I give them two thumbs up!!! Keep of the Great work!! 😀
I was very please with the DA (Jesu) she made sure I was comfortable and she help me relax. Dr. Martin was great. She evaluated my issue before starting the Root C. Dr. Martin can up with a better solution. I had a crown put on a tooth that need a RC first at another dental office. Before Dr. Martin started she decided to go through the crown to complete the Root C. instead of taking the crown off. I was rushed and needed some assistance right away so I phoned in. They were extremely friendly and made time for me that day. I was given a tour of the place and was seen exactly at my appointment time. They walked me through every step, showed me a video of what my procedure was and performed my procedure very carefully. They also went over my bill so that I knew exactly what it would be before they performed it. I rarely write reviews but the entire staff that I dealt with deserves the accolades. Very professional environment with great customer service! Not only do they welcome you, they also make you feel comfortable with the services they provide. My anxiety was at an all time how; however Shannon and the other staff were there to comfort me! Dr. Martin was also very friendly! Staff was very knowledgable!
Was seen very close to appointment time. They took X-rays and digital photos of teeth. Cleaned and polished my teeth. Suggested a future crown but no pressure to do it today. Paid less for two visits then the last dentist charged for one visit.
I had my initial appointment last week. The staff did a thorough job of examining me and working out a treatment plan. I especially liked getting a statement showing the plan's steps and their corresponding charges, insurance payments, and projected out-of-pocket costs. Today I went in for a deep cleaning and had several cavities filled. Amanda did my cleaning and paid close attention whenever I showed any discomfort. Great service and friendly staff.
Having had nothing but bad experiences in my past, I walked into my first consultation a bundle of nerves. The team at Village Dental took me seriously. They made eye contact and took their time with me. They didn't seem rushed or busy tending to other patients. I felt like I had their full attention and they seemed truly interested in hearing about my journey.
