The doctors, technicians, and support staff are completely professional. Each one has a ready smile, explains what is about to be done, and -- with my most recent crown experience, made sure that I was comfortable. I appreciate their attention to detail. As a retired teacher, I always enjoy the way that Dr. Martin uses each stage of the procedure as a teaching and learning experience.
Great visit
Had a great visit at Village Dental. The exam was very detailed, all the way down to the treatment plan. I will be going back for future treatments. My dental hygienist was the best!
The staff was amazing. The facility was very clean. Very knowledgable. They were very prompt. Only problem is that my front tooth was chipped in the process. I didn't notice until I had gotten home.
My whole experience was great, even the discussion over the phone. I reiterated to everyone that worked with me on my visit (Tonya and Joi and the nurse, but I forgot her name) how apprehensive I was and how much I HATE the dentist and they were sooooo kind and comforting. They explained everything to me and also were very careful not to hit my teeth with the metal objects since I have a phobia of that as well. Everyone at Village Dental was friendly and professional. Shawna, the treatment coordinator, was fantastic. Alex, the hygienist, spent the most time with me and there wasn't one unpleasant moment in those 1.5 hours. She kept me engaged and her infection control was on point. As a nurse, I'm very in tune to a health care providers movements and patient care. The building was clean overall. My experience with Village was excellent! Everyone on the staff that I came into contact with was very professional and happy to assist. I went to the Raleigh office and work directly with Paige. She is awesome! She put me at ease and explained things very well. The day after my procedure I received a call from Deanne to check on how I was doing. That made me feel like I was more than just a customer. Thanks Village Dental and Dr. Maya Martin. I would definitely refer this office to my family and friends.
This place was amazing!!! I would recommend them to everyone I know. The were friendly and confident in explaining everything I needed done PLUS they did not pressure me into doing something I could not afford and that meant a lot!!!
