This dental practice was honest about what was going on with my mouth. They could not help me but referred me to someone who would work with me to get my mouth healthy again.
Excellent service and staff.
With not really having a established rapport with having dental care I can tell you the customer service and interaction isn't anything short of polite & professional group of people from the front desk to the asst & dental lead dentist. Asst was very informative and completely accommodative to any concerns that may arise & made my visit amazing ..AWESOME SAUCE!
Loved the staff! Loved the Office and how inviting it was. Waiting area is really nice and has a coffee bar, water fridge, magazines TV legos free wifi etc. They have great specials for new patients and good prices. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The office is very attractive with amenities like TV, books and beverages. Susan did a whole series of not only Xrays, but also photos of my teeth and smile. She reviewed these with me in detail. Dr. Martin did a very comprehensive review of my info and after examining me, reassured me that Village Dental could help me with all my dental problems. I wish I had not waited so long to change my dentist. This facility, this team and my dentist, Dr. Martin, are just incredible and the entire experience was wonderful and informative, giving me clear information and confidence to make the best decision for my care. Village dental is a first rate professional practice and offers s wide range of services. Dr. Martin is very knowledgeable snd skillful. Dental care can be very expensive. Village Dental offers a reasonable plan for those of us without insurance. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a business delays looking for ways to serve their patents better.
From the time I walked through the front door, great friendly service. They explained everything that was happening during the exam and gave some good feed back as what my next step was. They made me feel relaxed and at ease about the procedures that i would have and the out come.
I don't know how they do it, but I had exceptional crowns put in two years ago at a very reasonable price, and continue to go back for cleanings. Nobody can touch them for their price, and frankly, they seem to have some of the best staff around. They are always right on time as well. I never have to wait.
