I was very happy with my experience at your dental office. The hygienist was wonderful and very helpful. The only thing I would recommend is to let patients know if what you are doing is an additional cost from what they are expecting. This way they have a choice as to whether they want the additional service or not then at the end of the visit they know what to expect and are not surprised. They are always willing to work with me to get what has to be done done
You are a great office but please try to be on time. We had to wait for about an hour before we were seen.
From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted so kindly, you are made to feel at home and special. There is coffee and water bottles, the staff made sure if we had to wait even 10 minutes that we were kept informed and we were even given a goodie bag! The staff is very nice and thorough. Would highly recommend it!
