I had a very good experience at Village Dental. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating.
Your office staff is always professional and personable, and today's visit wasn't anything different from that. I appreciate everyone's understanding and accommodating my inherent lack of enthusiasm for going to the dentist!! I've always had that fear, but you are very good at making me feel comfortable. Thank you, because taking care of our teeth and gums is truly a health issue and without feeling comfortable enough to visit your office a couple of times each year, I'm not sure I would actually be doing that.
The moment I entered the Village Dental Office, I was in awe with the friendliness of the personnel and the cleanliness of the facility. Dr. Martin and Dr. Rodrigues were very professional and very accommodating. Alena, Diane, Jenny, Ana, Jesu and of course Jean and Joi, for their kind understanding in resolving my situation. (Forgive me if I forget any other names). I will definitely recommend the Village Dental at North Raleigh for all your dental needs!!!
This was the most comfortable I have ever felt at a dentist office in my life. Everyone was extremely welcoming and clearly knew what they were doing. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again!
My experience at Village Dental was excellent, I really and truly enjoyed my deep cleaning with Jean, she made me feel relaxed. Jill was very professional in setting my appointment time. Jill was also very clear about what to expect and how much it would cost. I will definitely recommend this business to a friend
I enjoyed my visit with village dental. The hygenists, administrative assistants as well as the doctors had wonderful beside manners. They have me my treatment options and did not pressure at all. This was all while wearing smiles!!!! I would recommend Village Dental to anyone. The atmosphere, the knowledge they possess is astounding. They make you feel at ease before you say awww!
