First red flag: I called because our dog had possibly eaten a raisin. They had to research if raisins were toxic to dogs. We were instructed to bring our dog in to be checked. When we arrived, there were a few people seated with their dogs, and one person checking out at the counter. I stood behind the woman at the counter. Visited today for the first time and was 100% impressed! I called at 1 o’clock in the afternoon on a Saturday worried about my kitty’s eye.... not only were they able to fit Luna in at 3:45 but I almost fell over when I saw how reasonably they were priced. I live in Winter Haven and initially thought they were local to me and after I made the appointment I realized they were actually in North Lakeland. Totally worth the trip from this point forward! Both the Dr and nurse were fantastic ❤️ Thank y’all so much!

I brought my chicken there and they were extremely helpful and knowable, explained the facts and gave me the tools I needed to help my chicken. This place is amazing and I would recommend to anyone.
they are very kind do everything can to save ur pet......but today put my Peedy to sleep I felt at peace he's not suffering any more
10/10 the staff is awesome! I can't say one thing negative about our experience. They took excellent care of my fur baby and made sure he was comfortable the entire time! ♥️
