I had no pain and no sensitivity at all after the procedure. I was very impressed! Thanks to the whole crew
Was greeted with smiles when I walked in to office. Not a long wait in lobby. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was very nice and Dr. Oliver was informative when he came in. He took his time to explain what he found and what I need to do. I like North Point Dental and would tell my friends about it.
I enjoy going to this office. Everyone there is very friendly and polite. Whenever I have work done the dentist explains everything to me before hand so that I know what's going on.

Great customer service like always. I used to hate going to the dentist but thanks to Dr. Mel and the staff @ north pointe dental i don't mind going. They are all kind and gentle as possible

Very nice and informed staff. Clear in explaining treatment plan, cost estimates and recommendations for moving forward. Informed and patient in answering questions I had. This level of customer service and patient care is refreshing. While this is a business working towards a bottom line profit as any other would, there is a genuine compassion and interest in patient well being at North Point Dental. Maybe exceptional isn't a thing of the past after all!
