The office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Hairston is kind, caring, knowledgeable and her quality of work is excellent!
Your office has always been very professional, and treated me with kindness. I love Dr. Oliver, he listens to my questions and always answers them with reasonable solutions. I continue to drive from Greensboro to High Point, because I am treated so well at this office. From the girls that answer the phones, to the dentist and assistants, I have always been pleased. The atmosphere is warm and welcomining. The service has been painless and I would recommend their services for any ailment dealing with the dental aspect of your mouth.
Very friendly atmosphere and the staff are more like very concerned relatives which makes visits in the office pleasant and something to look forward to.
I would certainly say that North Point Dental has to be the most professional and courteous practice I have ever walked into. The staff are warm, inviting, and certainly care about their clients. The rooms are impeccably clean, and I must say that I've never had a negative experience! Kudos!
