The hygienist was kind, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. The office was neat & clean and they were able to take me in right at my appointment time. Dr. Oliver was very personable & professional and worked with me to develop a treatment plan. And finally, the assistants at the front desk were willing to explain all the nuances of my insurance completely and answered all of my questions respectfully.

I had an excellent experience. The location was ideal, only minutes from my residence. The staff was very professional. I would higly recommend family and friends to North Point Dental Associates.
The office is easy to get to, clean, professional, comfortable, and friendly. Additionally, there is a lot of parking and easy to drive to. Dr. Oliver is such a sweetheart and is always positive and easy-going! Most of his dental staff is competent, quick, and friendly. Only recently they appear to have added a couple new people that are not up-to-par yet, but I am confident they will get there working with such awesome people. I would never go anywhere else!!!!
I have already recommended North Pointe to a friend. She has already booed her entire family for visits. Dr. Hairston is very thorough and very personable. I will continue to recommend this practice!!
