This place is amazing. The staff are professional and kind while also helping you as the patient to feel relaxed and cared for. Always get great service. The hygienists are thorough, yet gentle while still getting things done in a very timely manner that allows you to get on with your day. the staff is very friendly and prompt in getting patients in and out of the office but at same time give excellent service. North Point Dental Associates provide excellent care. the entire staff care about the patients . I was treated like family. I got good care.

I really like the staff. They are always friendly when we are seen as well as the dentists. My daughter sees the pediatric dentist and I think she has a good experience as well. I am impressed with the technology and being able to see issues from the x-rays you just had prior to the dentist even looking in your mouth. The only constructive criticism I could give is to have the dentist make it a point to come around the front of the chair to greet the patient rather than above and behind their chair as they are laying there. ... read more
