We really enjoy going to this High Point NC office ... Everyone, Dr Melanie, Erin & Stephanie (hygentist's) and the front desk staff are always so friendly.

My appointment was for an extraction...normally I would dislike appointments like these because they make me unhappy & very nervous, but overrall my visit with Melanie Hairston, DDS was superb!...her service was wonderful she talked me through the procedure making me feel relaxed and did a great job getting the tooth pulled. I am greatful for her and I would refer anyone to this office!...Thank you Dr. Hairston
Dr Mel is wonderful. She and her staff are caring, knowledge, and really want you to understand what is going on and what you need to do to fix it. I did have an issue with one of the front desk girls though. I broke a filling and needed Dr Mel to look at it and then fix it. The girl at the front desk didn't understand me. She just kept telling me that I didn't need a filling fixed based on their records. I hung up the phone and called back and spoke with a different person who understood everything and was able to schedule ... read more
This is Niijayas Grandmother and as always the service is EXCELLENT.
I love my visits they are awsome..
All the staff were very nice and helpful. The hygienist was considerate, and the cleaning was not overly painful. The dentist was very nice, and no one pressured me for anything.
