I took my car to have a recall fixed in July 2017, for a steering wheel clock spring. 14 months later, it broke again. After contacting the Service Center, they will not replace it because it is after the 12 month replacement period. I am extremely upset because they will not honor the two month difference. The part is extremely costly, and i would think that they should want to honor it. I will say however, their sales team is awesome!
This is the second time I have gone to North Penn VW for a car. Worked with Tim Notarani both times. I travel over an hour to go here. Great customer service. I live significantly closer to three other VW dealers and I choose to drive to this location because of the customers service, they want the customer to be happy, they want to see you back, they love VW and what they do. #VWLIFE
