The Service Manager, Jorge Campacci listened to my concerns regarding a noise coming from the starter in my 2016 Jetta. He personally listened to the starter and made arrangements to keep the car overnight and listened to the car the next morning. He took time to start at least three other Jettas the next morning and assured me that the sound is normal. Thank you Jorge for taking time from your busy schedule to investigate my concern !
