I recently bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot from North Penn VW. I worked with Vinny DeNardo. Keep in mind that I live out-of-state so all my dealings were done via phone and email. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience. Joe was able to get me exactly what I was looking for and almost everything was handled through email so I didn’t have to lose hours sitting at the dealer. Jason was wonderful and took care of the financial stuff quickly and got me on my way. The entire experience was very easy going. I was never pressured to hurry up and buy right away or felt pushed to get anything I wasn’t interested in.

Bought a 2016 Honda vehicle there recently and did not notice that the console arm rest did not open. Turns out it was broken and the repair is over $200.
