I showed up late, brought a dog, and they still gave me great service with a smile on their face. Also answered my call on the first ring. Definitely be returning. By far my favorite San Antonio Mazda dealership.

Simply the best car buying experience I've had. The Sales Consultant, Mouhammad Alsareinye, stands strong along next to his trophies which surround his desk for his customer service. After trying several dealerships this week and receiving bad service I was about to give up on purchasing a new vehicle. I decided to give it one more try and I am so glad I did. Gary in sales and Austin in finance were awsome. I am so grateful for there diligence,knowledge and service. I will definitely be back again...Thank you guy's so very much!
In the market for a new 6 and spent the last 20 minutes walking around the lot and not a single salesman came and offered to help me. I seriously doubt that you are that busy on a Thursday afternoon. I realize it's hot but it's not the burden of the customer to actively seek out help from the salespeople who are inside. I'm not sure why I came back when I had the exact thing happen to me last time.

We bought a $40,000.00 truck here and received really poor service. We specifically asked for the pinstriping to be removed and they were not willing to accomodate us. Then we got the run around for months of calling and asking to even get an owners manual. We will find another dealership next time.
