Very displeased with this dealership. First time buyer. salesman made promises than say that' he didn't say that. I have the paperwork. The a/c not working properly after purchase. Then after service dept says compressor is bad. To expensive to fix. They Offered to find another vehicle. No, we want this one. Finally the out come. No charge to me to fix .hooray they did the right thing. That I will credit them for. But the salesman,I will NOT recommend him to anyone.

I am a repeat buyer from NP Mazda, both times they have been more than professional and gracious. We got great deals both times, and I'll return when we upgrade again. The CX-9 we purchased is amazing! Camden, Keith, and Austin were exceptional representatives.

I have been a customer since 2009 and now everyone in my family drives a Mazda from North Park Mazda. They are almost always excellent and when there is something I am unhappy about, they do what is necessary and more to fix it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have never driven a Mazda in my life, I now own one thanks to the amazing staff at north park Mazda , highly suggest going in and asking for Ivory and Camden , both are amazing at what they do and extremely friendly and professional , I will send Everyone I know there to buy a car . Thank you guys for being amazing !!

I've purchased two cars here and plan on purchasing a 2017 CX5 when available. The service department is exceptional - very helpful, always discuss options for replacement parts, shuttle drivers are very friendly.

Cant fix an electrical issue, they caused. 13 years, 5 San Antonio Mazda Dealerships still have this Lemon. # LemonLaw.

I leased a 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Model on October 11th, 2016 and chose the Easy Care pre-paid maintenance understanding that this program is valid at any participating dealership. When I tried to schedule the first appointment here in Austin I find out that Easy Care is a dealer specific plan. I have placed two calls to North Park regarding options as this plan is now useless to me, I was assured that the finance department that sold me this plan would contact me. I have yet to be contacted.
