I have been going to this dealership since 2006 (even though there is a Mazda dealarship less than 10 minutes from my house). I have always had a very good experience with the sales team, finance team, and the service team. Not to friendly salesmen walk right by you not asking how you are my salesman never introduced himself manager don't come and ask how things are going there was a drawing going on and salesman never put us in for it or even told us anything about it finance guy was only one to shake my hand or ask if I wanted a drink of water I would not go back or tell a friend to go there I would drive out of my way to go somewhere else if it was not for my bank to get me a good deal on only car that fit my need

I was able to get a replacement key cut for me because I locked my keys in my trunk. Certain circumstances did not allow for me to get into my trunk from the inside of my vehicle. I am so thankful that I was able to get a replacement key here. I would like to thank the man who helped me get the key. I did not get his name, but on the receipt, it says that his Clerk ID # is 519. He had to cut the key twice in order for my car to accept it. Please extend my thanks to him. Five star service and waiting accommodations. If you don't want to stay, you can be shuttled away. All NP Mazda personnel I've ever met have been nothing but friendly, informative and knowledgeable. My Mazda 3 originated from this location under a different buyer, but after the first visit here; we would never take it anywhere else :)
