Honestly it was not a great experience. I felt used, taken advantage of and treated unfairly. I was under the impression that I was getting a hail damage discount and then they fixed the hail damage before my appointment. Therefore there was a significantly less hail damage discount. I was also told the hail damage on the trim was not able to be repaired after I was informed the car would be fixed with no signs of hail damage. I was quoted one price and then got another. RecommendedMike Anderson (salesmen) and Nick Acosta (financial) are the absolute best!! went in to just look and they made sure I walked out with a car! The job these two men did is speechless, great hospitality and patience. Very appreciative, and I will always recommend this place to anyone in need of a car!

I had one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had with North Park Mazda. I knew exactly what I wanted and told my salesman, Matt Schipper, the absolute, bottom line, out-the-door price that I was willing to spend. Mohammed was awesome at facilitating the purchase of my 2019 Mazda MX5 ND, I had become subject to the most recent Stop Movement military directive and he assisted me at setting everything up so that I could be in and out shortly after arriving. The hospitality of himself and the rest of the North Park Mazda Crew was outstanding. Additonally my ND was handed to me exceptionally clean even by new car purchase standards.
Went in to discuss trading in our current cx5 since our lease was almost up. A couple years ago I bought my Mazda 3 and Rick Torres helped me and made that process super easy, so naturally when I saw him on there and not busy we went to him.
