These guys are great! Wonderful service! The staff and vets were very helpful and friendly. When my dog had to be put to sleep they gave me a discount on the procedures they did before hand. They are wonderful!
We have taken our Dog Candy here for many years. The staff are truly caring and dedicated. Sadly we had to have her euthanized at the Animal ER due to complications from old age. The very next day we received a call expressing their condolences, followed shortly by a sympathy card in the mail. Then as if that was not enough they donated to the Arbor Day Foundation to have a tree planted in Tahoe National Forest in her memory! I can't express how much their caring and genuine sympathy meant to us.
The staff are amazing and great to work with. It's hard to find exotic vets that will treat pet rats, Dr. Decker is very caring and great to my pets. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else
I would like to thank Dr Palmer for everything she has done for Bent and our family. This Vet is amazing and the love and compassion they have is unreal!!!! This is the only Vet I would refer anyone to!!���
Dr. Decker and the NOAH staff are amazing! Every time we go in, we always feel welcomed. The staff remembers us and our dogs, even ones that aren't assisting us that day will come say hi to our pups. Dr. Decker has been fabulous to work with! She is a great listener and never makes us feel rushed during appointments. She takes time to answer all our questions, explain the details of our appointment and, something that we really appreciate, always keeps us informed on costs of tests/ treatments/ medicine when needed. I love this clinic the staff are nice and Vets are good especially Dr Decker she is wonderful. She's Abby's vet since she a puppy until now.
Fantastic and caring staff. Only down side is they should have started with a blood panel and waited to see what it showed before doing x-rays. X-rays were useless. End of sad story found out our dear dog bella had kidney failure. So the extra in unneeded X-rays kind just added salt to an open wound. So I would say need better procedures in diagnosis to help with customer finances so that we are not paying for unneeded things. Other then that it was a wonderfully caring staff. Very knowlagble.
I have been using North Ogden Animal Hospital since the mid-1980's. They have always provided excellent service and care for both dog and owner. Dr. Decker is absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her so much. The rest of the staff is kind and caring as well. I trust them to do the right thing each time we go.
