I have lived here for 2 years we have back mold and no ac and the management refuses to do anything about it after multiple times and it’s hasn’t been fixed.
Would give zero stars if I could. I had a serious leak in my apartment while I was home with my three-year-old. It took the maintenance team over 4 hours to respond, which caused extensive damage to my ceiling and walls — and worst of all, my TV fell off the wall due to the leak. When I contacted management to find out how I would be reimbursed, I was basically told there was nothing they could do, even though I pay both rent and renters insurance. Completely unacceptable. I’m now exploring legal options. Renters beware.
