I’ve been living here for eight years almost 9 and in the past year we have had such a great experience when Drucker and Faulk took over the office staff and maintenance staff became Amazing. I called today and my problems are fixed tomorrow no Band-Aid fixes and we are pest free. The office answers the phone promptly they email you back and my overall living experience has just become so much better in this past year 10 out of 10 recommend.
The place is super unsafe, our porch was broken (multiple planks were disintegrated) and they kept saying they’d come fix it and never did. Our AC broke towards the end of our lease and it was the hottest point in summer and they kept saying nothing was wrong…even when our apartment was steady 85f and set to 68f it wasn’t getting cool at all, it would just get hotter. I was promised a roach free 1 bedroom apartment. The tour was nice, but the day I signed my lease and unlocked my front door, I found a plethora of roaches. I tried to stick out the one year lease I signed, but I couldn't spend a single night in the unit because every time I laid down, roaches got in the bed with me. I killed so many and sent in so many maintenance requests. They sent a sprayer once a week, but nothing changed. Do not even think about signing a lease with this apartment complex; they never answer their phones, return missed calls, or return emails. Jessica was the only positive aspect of the stay. They have a 2.8 review rating for a reason: they do not notify you about anything after your lease and will send you to collections unnecessarily. My roommate and I will likely have to sue them if this is not settled. So I repeat, do not sign a lease with North Oaks.
Moved into my apartment that is infested with roaches they're so hard to get rid of and spiders webs and spiders on both porches and the water is dirty
