a week ago I walked down our hallway and found one of our cats laid out looking dead. he was in bad shape so I called the emergency vet number. the one in call was cloverhaven. I get there and within minutes they told me if I hadn't found him when I did he would never have made it. he couldn't urinate and his bladder was so full it was hard. his bladder was inflamed and full of blood...it took 5-6 days before he got back to within normal levels on his blood counts and where he could use the bathroom by himself. Our kitten was taken their because our vet was unable to get her in. she was to have surgery for a broken leg on Tuesday, after the holiday weekend. she wasn't taken into surgery until Wed, and never came out of anesthesia. No return of the money paid upfront for homecare and meds, and no reasonable explanation on why she died. I'm beyond disappointed, and wont return with our animals.
