My dog Rose got bit by a snake on her neck. Her whole neck is swollen and I was really worried about her. I called multiple clinics this morning and they were trying to set up appointments for later on in the evening. I called Cloverhaven and they told me to bring her as soon as I can and they would squeeze us in! As soon as we got there they immediately started helping us. We had such a great experience with Dr. Stephenson at Cloverhaven. We grew increasingly worried about our dog throughout the week and had been in communication with our vet. It became clear to us Friday night that he needed to be seen. I called my vets office first thing Saturday morning and the doctor was out but recommended we take him somewhere else right away due to his symptoms worsening. great group of folks, especially Dr Kelly. My dog Schroeder and his brother love you to the Vet's office. They've been taking care of my puppy since he was 2mos old.
Yes they listen to you about your pet, because they know that you know when something is not right. They check everything. Love them very much.
