I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bancroft. My kids woke up to a very sick hamster yesterday and we ended up having her euthanized to stop her suffering. My girls were heartbroken, just crushed. Dr. Bancroft and her amazing staff took such good care of Charlee. They gave her back to us wrapped in pink tissue paper with a hand picked bouquet of wild flowers covering her. I've been bringing my 2 dogs here for 7+ years and have always had a great experience. Staff is friendly and easy to work with, vets are transparent and helpful!
Dr. Kritzinger has been caring for all of our pets for well over 15 years now. I can't say enough great things about him and the staff of NMAH. Highly recommended!
Excellent, professional, state of the art staff, facilities. Even more important is their heartfelt human empathy and care. Dr. Schaaf, Chris, Aaron and the rest of the team have long been an essential part of our family. We keep trying to convince them to be our people-docs too - but for some reason they won't do that!
I love Dr. James. He truly cares about our dogs. He even calls at night to see how they are doing after a procedure. However, their prices are very high! This past visit, yesterday cost me over $600 00. Cosmo had his teeth cleaned, 1 tooth extracted, an x-ray, meds and anesthesia. A cleaning in southern California costs about 225.00. I'm a straight shooter! As I said, they take very good care of our dogs and I wouldn't want any other vet to care for our dogs. Dr. James you are an amazing vet and a wonderful human being!
Yesterday, we lost our sweet Sadie. While it was not the outcome we were hoping for, the care she received was something I will never forget. Dr. David James treated her as if she was his own. He came in on his day off to check on her. He brought his own dog from home in the case our dog needed a blood transfusion. He didn't flinch when she covered his face with her tongue. I have taken ALL my furry friends there ever since they opened, Dr Kritsinger(sp) has been a wonderful Doctor and all the other Dr's are great, the staff is top notch!!! They've been with me through thick and thin... Just can't say enough good things about NMAH!!! I recommend them as your first choice...
Dr. James is a miracle doctor!! He loves his patients and I'm sure he is busy but he always spends whatever time we need with him. My kitty cat has had issues since he was a kitty. There were times when we didn't think he would make it. Dr James always reached out to colleagues and together they found answers for Tiger. A few weeks ago, I thought Tiger had used his 9th life...apparently not, thanks to Dr James...again. I can't forget Cindy, his wonderful assistant, we love her too!! All the staff there is great!
