RecommendedEmergency visit yesterday. They don’t know us but they acted like they did. Thinking she had a blockage or bad belly ache because she wasn’t walking well and crying we went in. The Dr thought the same or back prob until she got her out and watched her then gave us not great news, she was losing all feeling and it was getting worse fast and said we needed a specialist like now and sent us to another animal hospital in Matthews where they had a 24 hour neurologist to see my baby. Let me tell you, from previously working in the dog 'world', I've seen mediocre practices and phenomenal practices. (I drive to Georgia still to maintain our primary vet relationship because of how wonderful they are!) The primary difference is not just in the service but more so the full experience. Phenomenal staff from the front desk to the exam rooms. We’ve seen a number of the doctors with 3 dogs and a cat and they treat them like their own, with love and dignity. Their open 7 days a week with e-vet hours as well.

I love North Meck Animal hospital They treat me like family there. I would not go anywhere else. This is the most professional well knowledged vet that I’ve ever been to. All of the staff is great. I use Dr. Bancroft and Dr. Lydolph personally and they are amazing!! So thorough. Theyve go above and beyond and always work me in and take care of me till no end. I can’t thank them enough for all that they’ve done for my Two Chihuahuas. I’ve been going to them for six years and they are absolutely wonderful

The Staff was amazing. They took great care of my cat, who had pneumonia. I highly recommend them. Everyone there cares so much for your furbaby.
What an amazing experience! I brought my dog in for x-rays. Dr. Lydolph and her nurse were absolutely top notch professionals and extremely kind. During this pandemic, one doesn't know what to expect. The entire staff were seamlessly protecting themselves and others. It really was very fluid. Such a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!
