RecommendedMultiple visits over the past 5+ years had my sweet girl, Chubs, in good hands. Regardless of whether it was routine checkups, oral surgery to remove many teeth in 2015, or end of life care as her kidneys began to fail this summer, every single person with whom we interacted was professional, compassionate, and phenomenal. Dr. Bancroft treated our dog Stella for an eye ulcer. She is a caring and compassionate vet. Without her expertise Stella may have lost her eye. Thank you Dr. B!!!
We had such a wonderful experience here and would recommend them to everyone. Our puppy, Riley had to have emergency surgery done while we were out of town. The doctor was SO nice and explained everything to my dad who brought her their as well as my husband and I on the phone. They kept us very well updated and made us feel very comfortable. We knew our loved one was in good hands.

Amazing staff! I truly can not say enough great things about Dr. Kelsey Mauer. Although we did not get the outcome that we had hoped for with our sweet Brody, Dr. Mauer went above and beyond. She promptly called to update us on lab/test results, researched any and all of our crazy questions, and was so compassionate in handling our roller coaster of emotions. We would highly recommend NMAH.
We had actually never been to North Meck Animal Hospital before tonight, but we will be going back. Our dog, Molly, got into the bathroom trash can (that is typically kept up and away) and ate multiple items that could have made her very sick/and or caused a blockage. We called North Meck Animal Hospital at 7:30 on a Friday and they gave us their honest opinion and told us they would stay open if we wanted to come in. Dr. Schaaf is the most knowledgeable and patient vet we have ever seen. He has cared for every dog we have owned through sickness and in health. I can not say enough about his attentiveness and love for his patients.
