Verified Renter Trying to submit a maintenance request Overall living experience is pretty great here. I’m trying to find an online way to submit a maintenance request. Our unit never had a draft guard on our front door. We requested one last year when we moved in never received it. With the freezing cold we are noticing the draft and would love to have a guard installed.

Overpriced apartments bent on making you broke Hidden utilization and admin fees that aren’t explained in the leasing agreement. These apartments are horrifically overpriced for the area and quality you are paying for. They are situated directly next to a train track, and a busy main road that connects to Boulder, and so you will regularly hear traffic or the train blow by.
