Verified Renter Washing machine gasket replaced quickly First, I had a problem with the washing machine that the drum was not draining. That was fixed within 48 hours; however, the washing machine gasket was full of black mold that would not come off. I put in another maintenance request after talking with Juan, and he said to ask for a washing machine gasket replacement. Verified Renter Amazing place - pool management Love the facility and the leasing team. Wish the pool would be managed so it’s just for the tenants. High school kids constantly taking up seating and making noise whether during the day or even after pool hours. Doesn’t seem to be managed at all which is unfortunate for those of us who pay a lot for our apartment and amenities.
