My son just told me that his visit with the dentist yesterday was so relaxing. Lol. He had a tooth pulled! Dr. Koen and staff were amazing. Obviously!!
Staff is ALWAYS so nice and patient. My son struggles some with the X-ray mouth pieces, and everyone is patient with him. Also love the sunglasses to protect from the bright light and headphones to watch TV while they work. They made it a breeze for him since he was little. He doesn't even mind going.
Big SHOUT OUT to Dr. Koen and his staff at NLR Pediatric Dental Group. He made sure my son was comfortable every step of the way. I could not recommend them more. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. No long waits and they talked my son through the whole process. A small town feel which is very refreshing.
I love the staff and Dr. Havard. They made my son feel comfortable during treatment and were very professional! I did not like the wait time of two months to get him in for the fillings he needed, but I guess being booked is a good sign.
