excellent polite dentists listen to dental concerns, excellent, polite staff !! I had the misfortune of using 2 other dentists who did not prove this quality of care before choosing this office. Model for what once expects from a dentist office and appointment for care.
I moved from Mason City in 1999. Yet, I still drive 800 miles to see Dr. Barnes. I think that says it all.
I was in for my 6 month hygiene appointment and had the new hygentist, Katie. I thought she was great!
Things didn't go perfectly, I needed another shot to numb the area and I needed extra effort to free the two teeth from each other so the floss could get between them. That being said, the fact tgat everything that needed to be handled was handled effectively and professionally. The experience was a very good one. This only proves further that I am in good hands at your office. Thank you for the good care.
I had a chipped tooth-I got in within 5 minutes after I had gotten to the office -the staff was very friendly to me-what I loved was that I was in and out in 20 minutes for everything-it was a front eye tooth-it looks very natural after drilling,putting on a surface composite,and buffing it out-
