Thanks for the cleaning, always enjoy the company of the staff.
My hygienist was able to start my appointment a few minutes early. This was a nice surprise to me since I am always pressed for time. After taking X-rays and completing my hygiene appointment the Doctor came in for the exam. He noticed an area of gum recession and root exposure that was causing some sensitivity issues for me. He proposed a treatment option and promptly took care of the issue even though he really didn't have much time in his schedule. Dr Loouscher is great. I have had anxiety going to the dentist all my life. Dr L is the first dentist that I don't have it with. He is gentle and really makes sure that you are comfortable. Staff are great as well. Will be referring anyone looking for great dental care.
Dr. Eric was very accommodating. I have had a fear of dentists for years, and he made sure I was not only comfortable but happy. The receptionist Misty was beyond caring. I will definitely be going back.
Everybody and everything was excellent as is the case in the many times I've been there. I appreciate not being hounded with over politeness as is sometimes the case with some medical services here in Mason City.

I love the staff at the dental center. They are warm, welcoming, and (when necessary) reassuring. There are no unpleasant surprises, because the always take time to explain what's happening and why, and to answer all my questions.
Steph cleaned my teeth. She is very professional and friendly.
