I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and I have quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to having my teeth worked on. Dr Barnes and the staff were outstanding and listened to my concerns. They were patient and kind when I needed more numbing. The bottom line is that I didn't feel like just a number being rushed through to get to the next person. My rating is EXCELLENT because the check-up is always thorough starting with the receptionist at the desk, (they are helpful in answering any question) to the hygienist cleaning my teeth (including pointing out to the Dr. Barnes that their may be a possible problem). She even took a close-up picture of the problem area and put it on the screen so I could view it. I had excellent service from the entire office staff to check a recent problem that developed in the past week. Fortunately it was found to be ok which I was very pleased. The have always provided great customer service over the past years that I have been going for my regular check ups etc. I would recommend them to anyone. As A nurse I have recommended them to our patient's that were very pleased with their service. Thank You for coming to Belmond!
