I can't say enough about North Idaho Dermatology! At the age of 34, and with a family history of skin cancer, I finally put on my big girl panties and made my first time skin check appointment... Needless to say I was quite nervous, but Dr. Hill and her assistant were beyond comforting - they even had me laughing! The staff as a whole was very welcoming. I strongly recommend NI Derm! Next time, I'm definitely trying out their Medi-Spa! :)
Butchered by them a few years back, still have a huge scar in the middle of my forehead to prove it......they got defensive, took pictures and blamed it on everything but themselves, sometime down the line I wanted to do a follow-up but they even dropped the ball on the appointment.....Huge Red Flag.
Tried to make an appointment today ( I am/was and existing patient); I called...stuck on hold. I hung up and tried to make and appt. on-line, the app failed twice. I called again and left a voicemail. I got a call back. I didn't have my insurance card at hand, but I would bring at the time of visit. "We aren't authorized to schedule without pre-confirming insurance...and...we are booked out through mid July". This is a great facility with wonderful, caring and efficient staff.
After being extremely unhappy with my bill they did everything they could to fix it and make it right. Thank you for going the extra mile to make sure things were correct.

I have been self conscious about extra unwanted hair my entire life. I have been working with Amy and getting laser hair removal, and I am not only impressed, but also grateful. She is so amazing and the results so far are too! Amy is sweet and funny and really makes you feel comfortable. I can’t wait to go back for all my dermatology needs just because she works there!
