RecommendedI saw Carolyn as a first time patient yesterday and I was so pleased with my appointment! There was a minor mix up in the schedule which meant I had to wait 15 minutes. Normally this kind of thing is pretty frustrating, but she and her assistant both honesty apologized and the fact that they were respectful enough of my time do so is outstanding for ANY medical office. Dr. Ringger has been treating my psoriasis for several years and has went out of his way to find me relief. I would recommend him to everyone I know. He is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.
Every single one of the employees that I have encountered have been kind, patient and understanding. They all seem to be very knowledgeable about what they're doing and that's why I choose to keep coming back.
The staff is so amazing. Doctor’s, nurse’s, esthetician’s, and the rest of the staff are kind and caring.
Made an appontment a month in advance. Showed up a 8:20 for an 8:30 appointment. At 9:10 asked receptionist why I had not been called for exam. (Patients who came in after me were already seeing their Dr. and leaving office and I was still waiting.) Receptionist said my Dr. was on vacation but another Dr. could see me in 20 minutes. Unbeleiveable the lack of costumer service and professionalism. I left office after an hour without seeing Dr. So disappointed.
I had the Moh`s surgery several years ago done by Dr. Craig next to my tear duct. Love the staff at both Sandpoint and CDA offices.
