I posted a poor review, and then had a representative call me and fix the problem. Definitely better late than never, I appreciate them taking the time to make it right. Because of this I would recommend them, as I had already paid the full amount and they didn’t have to settle. Thanks for making it right.
RecommendedI have been lucky enough to be a patient of north Idaho dermatology for over 5 years. I haven’t had insurance and when I had a medical condition onset in 2018, they diagnosed quickly and saved me a ton in medical expenses. I don’t have a primary physician, because of them. My husband was referred for a biopsy. The doctor is in Premera network and my husband has a $50 co-pay. He paid this at the time of his visit. Got a bill for over $200 because they billed procedure separate rather than accepting the in network co-pay. Advanced Dermatology removed a melanoma from my arm (which was in office surgery) and accepted the $50 specialist co pay. Go to Advanced...not North Idaho!

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I've used the spa for chemical peels and medical/dermatology for my acne and I'm seeing improvement. Definitely reccomend!
At this time of massive community spread is Covid 19 this clinic is not enforcing the mask mandate towards clients. Most staff were wearing masks. I was gaslighted and attacked when I voiced my concerns to the physician I saw there. I was a patient at this clinic for many years and previously was very pleased with the services I received. The “spa” is very pretty, calming and clean. The staff was very nice and informative. Price was better then most other places. I will definitely be going back and will be referring my friends.

P.A. Rodriguez and Dr Hill are amazing. my child, wife and I have seen them for almost 5 years. I unfortunatly saw a Nurse Practicioner that was horrible and if I haven't known about how the other providers are good I would never recommend this place to anyone evn those I do not like. I went in and didn't even get an answer to what I wanted to find out on, she told me I have 2 other bumps but then I asked about my childs allergy and she left the room without even giving me any information. The staff was very accommodating for me On my most recent visit. I have difficulty hearing and depend on facial cues to understand what is being said. Dr Rodriguez has been my dermatologist for years and treats me very well, always taking the time to address my concerns and clearly explaining what he sees. This is a very competent, professional, and kind office; I would highly recommend them because of all the years they have consistently cared for me.
