Dr. Ringger did a Mohs procedure on my cancer. He and the nurse who assisted him were amazing during what turned out to a bit more than I expected. They were kind and comforting and I must add funny at times. Kept me relaxed and I was so fortunate to have them. Hilary Cutler was very nice, knowledgeable, and I especially liked how she can be funny! Can't ask for a better doctor.
I have been going to North Idaho Dermatology for one year now and the doctor that is in charge of me as a patient is never on time and refuses to improve. I always have to wait 20 minutes or more just for him to come in the room to talk to me. I have talked to the head person in the office and he does not do anything about it. I have been assigned a new doctor now and we will see if it is better. If it is not I will be going to another business for services and I will not give a nice recommendation to this business.

I have been greatly pleased with North Idaho Dermatology. My children and I have been patients for years now. I feel like I get the best care there from both the medical and esthetic teams. It's very reassuring the way they work together to make sure your needs are met. Krysta is a rock star esthetician; knowledgeable, skilled, and caring. I highly recommend her!
