The staff was friendly. The doctors listen and are attentive and engaged.
All went very well with today's visit.
No problems, the staff were very accommodating and the dental treatments were excellent.
I think that the entire office is very friendly. Dr. Mauro does a great job. He is meticulous in his dental work. Every dental assistant has been easy to talk to. Everyone explains what they are doing and why. The women at the front desk always great me with a smile and a pleasant hello. I definitely will sing your praises and recommend your practice. Heather was so great! She explained everything very thoroughly to me and was able to answer all of my questions. This was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at the dentist, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you!!
The new and improved ways to clean teeth and to do crowns are so much better. I will not be as nervous my next visit. The hygentist and assistant are very, very nice and of course the two dentists. Also, so glad I didn't have to wait as long this time as your office is getting organized since the additional patients.
