Community is making great changes under new ownership. I am so excited about the improvements to the clubhouse and fitness center that will be completed this month. Also one of the best dog parks in Virginia Beach. Love all the improvements. So exciting!!!

Prime location less than 5 minutes from both the oceanfront and premier shopping at Hilltop. It's also a quiet, safe and pet friendly nook, perfectly positioned for easy access to Laskin and First Colonial roads and I-264, and the staff is caring and efficient.
Not a fan of the new team. They are unoraganized and it's hard to get a hold of them. The worst part is when the matenance guy came to fix the ice maker he made my sick kid (tween) leave for an hour! She was home sick and he kicked her out!!!
