I enjoyed the 2 years in Arbor Trace, the apartment was the perfect size, loved the hardwood floors and the friends I made there.

I wish I had looked at the reviews of this community not only on Facebook but everywhere before I moved here. It is extremely sad that they have only 4 less 1* ratings as they do 5*. One of the 5* ratings was left by the manager that many people have complained about, several more were left in favor of Rachel who said manager ran out of the place, & most of the rest have to do primarily with location or have no comment whatsoever & do not address the staff or how issues are...Continue Reading

This place is awful! How many more maintenance and office people will you all go through? And it doesn't get better it gets WORSE! They never answer the phone, it takes days to get maintenance to fix an issue, trash and dog crap everywhere. Different contractors every month because no one can finish a job around here. And please don't respond to my review telling me to contact the office or the "regional manager" because that lady is a joke, she will lie straight to your face. This new company came in making many promises of improvements but only a few have been completed. The corporate management totally sucks. They had a great property manager that actually cared for the residents and they refused to hire enough help. The regional property manager is rude and a lying, mean person. Sadly she let a great worker go.
