Truly one of the most amazing community I have ever been apart of. Amazing coaches, great and fun programming for all skill levels. A place everyone needs to drop in and try!
Never really had the endorphin addiction before North Haven CrossFit. (Gym membership, running, yoga, none like this). Now I can't go more than two days before I have to return for the rush, plus coaches are freaking awesome, and EVERYONE is friendly and encouraging! "Form first, strength later."
