Truly one of the most amazing community I have ever been apart of. Amazing coaches, great and fun programming for all skill levels. A place everyone needs to drop in and try!
Never really had the endorphin addiction before North Haven CrossFit. (Gym membership, running, yoga, none like this). Now I can't go more than two days before I have to return for the rush, plus coaches are freaking awesome, and EVERYONE is friendly and encouraging! "Form first, strength later." Thank you Moie, Kurt, Mars, Haj, Kristina, Chrissy, Kristen, Brian, Gregg, for such great encouragement!
