I do not recommend North Grand Dental. The first visit, the dental hygienist poked HERSELF with a tool and bled INTO my husband's mouth. They both had to get tested and she treated him like it was all his fault. The dental hygienists are not patient or thorough, they rush to get visits over with and do not communicate well. I thought I was going in for one filling and came out with three new fillings, two of which were fused together. Whoever dealing with the insurance billing is not doing a good job at all. Took forever to figure out, had me called at least 3 times and providing the same insurance card information.
I thought this place was great. Little skeptical at first with trying to make an appointment. But got everything figured out. There was also a little apprehensive because I was moving from a dentist office that I loved to somewhere closer, which was North grand. But apprehension aside once I was greeted very warmly. They got me in early. Everyone was super helpful, Very efficient, Professional, also very nice. Look forward to future appointments with them. Highly recommend.
Didn't even get to the point of making an appointment because I was on hold for 45 minutes total with only 1 person ahead of me the whole time meaning the receptionists were likely just on the phone with their friends and ignoring the phone lines, Went to Aspen Dental instead, Super friendly, Picked up the call immediately, Got scheduled for a tooth extraction same day.
I had a wonderful time here. Ive been numerous times and will continue to go here in the future. They were gentle, communicative, and non-judgemental. I started bringing my family here, they did an amazing job with my 3 year old. They were very patient and interactive with him.
